Helping the organizer of a parents' conference.

Preparing an event as simple as it may seem sometimes has some complications and unexpected obstacles, this happened to a colleague who had the responsibility of planning a conversation for parents, she was preparing the stage and had problems with the decoration and everything was going differently than she had planned.
I was watching from afar that everything was not going well, my colleague was calm but her face was different, the truth is that I have to learn from her about the fact that the ship was practically sinking and she had an impressive calm, the guests were starting to arrive to the talk and the bombs were coming off, everything was falling down, in her shoes, I would be running, asking for help, putting everyone to work to make the event happen on time, I have to admit that in that kind of situations I get nervous and I start to send a lot, to do whatever and however I can to get everything ready on time, the difference of my colleague in this situation is that she did not even ask for help and maintained an impressive calm, if I were her I would call 911 if possible, my other colleagues I think they did not realize what was happening precisely because my colleague did not show signs that there was a problem.
When I saw that things were not going well and saw that in the area there was already a group of parents about fifty and people were still arriving, there was already the guest who was the main speaker of the talk I panicked and although I was not responsible nor had anything to do with that event I went out to help my colleague in whatever I could, I rolled my hair and prepared for work: I rolled up my hair and got ready for work: blowing bombs, tying them up, getting on the chair to glue the decorations, looking for decorations, going to the kitchen to prepare the juice and the snacks, to distribute the food, some of my companions saw me with my attitude of concern, they realized that they should support and those who did not realize that we were in an emergency I called them and gave them a mission to each one of them.

The worst of all was to connect the sound and look for the microphone that had been lost, we got another but unfortunately was not compatible with the console, we all tried to solve the sound because we all did not know how to use the console, so we all analyzed which key to touch, the truth I get a little desperate and I start to put the finger here and there to find the issue, thank God a colleague gave the solution and as the woman knew how to handle the console was in charge of the sound.
