If you were to communicate the information you wished to the wrong audience you would be wasting time and money. Therefore, you need to know who you are communicating with. It is important that you understand who you are communicating with before you begin.

The second thing that you need to do when learning how to manage your time better through mass communication strategies is to establish a routine in order to maintain a consistent flow of information. You will not succeed if you try to communicate with all people you encounter. You need to find a way to communicate with certain individuals that you desire to speak with.

The final part of learning how to manage your time effectively through mass communication strategies is knowing who you have communicated with and when you have communicated with these individuals. You will need to know who you have communicated with in the past and who you have not communicated with in the past.

When you know who you have communicated with in the past and when you have communicated with these individuals, you will have a better chance to determine which individuals you will want to communicate with in the future.
