The temperature where I live right now is 20 degrees Celsius, and I am freezing. Those of you who are in Europe or North America are probably laughing at me right now, but may I remind you that I live in Southeast Asia and the coldest it can get is probably only 15 degrees Celsius.
I got up today shivering, usually the next thing I do after waking up and breathing is to shower. Well not today, it was so cold that I ended up just staring at the shower instead of taking one. Even though the water can be set to warm after I get out of the shower the warmness disappears.
Unlike me, my father and cat absolutely love this weather. My dad walks around in shorts while I put on my winter jacked, socks and mittens. Latte is a Persian, so he comes with his own built-in coat. I guess I'll get used to this cold weather...eventually! At least now I can finally put all the winter jacket my dad bought me to good use. We both know that we live in a hot country, but we just can't stop ourselves from buying winter wear. Everyone has their own obsessions.
And tonight is 18 C - woohoo! No aircon needed :-)

I remember getting used to the heat after a few years there and feeling cold at xmas even though it was around 25c, the coldest I felt was rainy season on a motorbike, I was shivering even though when I stopped in a bar for an hour my clothes were dry again.
