Been in another city helping my Aunt fix up her place in order to sell it. While down there I went to a couple different coffee shops. The one was busy so got the coffees in to go cups so no pics of those. Did manage to have a sit down so took some photos of the treats.
It was nice to have some good quality coffee and the treats there were really good! I like to go to an actual coffee shop, not just a coffee chain. Mom and pop shops are the best, they have so much more character and charisma to them!
Went to another coffee shop, first time I went it was later at night around 10 p.m. I was specifically looking for that - a coffee shop open late! Was glad I found one. This place was a little more upscale, there were plenty have happy people there. It was good to see. I like to be around people after all the lockdown times. Didn't take any photos of that first night but took some the second time when I went in the afternoon
This creme/custard type pie was pretty good! Kinda rich. I got a mocha coffee to go with it. I had to get someone else to help me eat the last bit of it haha.
I enjoy the high quality of the coffee here! I would like to go back sometime. I ordered some soup and the other people with me ordered a sandwich and a wrap. I tried some of the sandwich too! It was pretty good
It was kinda stressful working at my Aunts house but we are making progress! The outings to the coffee shops was a great way to decompress! After fueling up on snacks, treats and coffee we were ready to get back to the project!!
