I read that its not good to drink coffee as soon as you wake up. So I woke up and drank just water. But as the morning progressed I made myself a good boiling cup of coffee.

    I drink at least 2 cups of coffee every day.. as soon as I wake up. I don’t think I can start my day without a cup of hot coffee with lots of cream and Maple Syrup.

      I hope so….
      Everyday they tell us something else is not good for us… dark chocolate 🍫… beer 🍺 …. wine 🍷 … coffee ☕️ … all my favourite things.
