Aquí me tienen para dar respuesta a la convocatoria del concurso Contest Contest, impulsada por el amigo @ilnegro, con un tema que abarca una amplia visión del mundo y de la vida en general, como lo es la palabra Libertad.
Hello, hello dear Blurtamigos, I greet you and wish you are very well, enjoying material and spiritual well-being. Here you have me to answer the call for the Contest Contest, promoted by my friend @ilnegro, with a topic that covers a broad vision of the world such as the word Freedom.
A la que daré respuesta en una serie de reflexiones que a continuación les presento, espero les guste y les animo a participar y exponer sus mejores ideas sobre el particular.
To which I will respond in a series of reflections that I present below, I hope you like it and I encourage you to participate and present your best ideas on the matter.

Reflections on the precious asset of freedom

En el largo y ancho camino que me ha llevado transitar por mi existencia, he podido saborear el preciado sabor de la libertad, sobre todo cuando me ha faltado, y no precisamente por caer en la cárcel.
Pero ocurre que hay una cárcel más corrosiva que la que nos priva de ser libres tras unos barrotes de hierro.
Una suerte de mordaza que nos priva de expresarnos como individuos diferentes a un colectivo, que se empeña en seguir conductas gregarias, y a las que yo como individuo único y diferente, me niego a seguir.
In the long and wide path that has taken me to travel through my existence, I have been able to savor the precious flavor of freedom, especially when I have lacked it, and not precisely because of falling into jail.
But it happens that there is a more corrosive prison than the one that deprives us of being free behind iron bars.
A kind of gag that deprives us of expressing ourselves as individuals different from a group, which insists on following gregarious behaviors, and which I, as a unique and different individual, refuse to follow.
Partiendo del principio vital de la comunicación sin elementos restrictivos, la libertad para mí es un derecho in-negociable, inquebrantable, inalienable; capaz de derribar las barreras físicas y extrapolarse hasta más allá de la mente, corazón y espíritu.
Starting from the vital principle of communication without restrictive elements, freedom for me is an in-negotiable, unbreakable, inalienable right; capable of breaking down physical barriers and extrapolating beyond the mind, heart and spirit.
Es la libertad además, una conquista gradual de independencia personal, que nos permite empoderarnos y crecer como seres evolucionados, en la medida que ascendemos los peldaños de la realización interior en una sociedad global.
Nos vuelve fuertes aún cuando aparentemos ser frágiles, como el agua que en medio de su aparente debilidad, es dueña de una poderosa fuera instintiva.
It is also freedom, a gradual conquest of personal independence, which allows us to empower ourselves and grow as evolved beings, as we ascend the steps of inner fulfillment in a global society.
It makes us strong even when we appear to be fragile, like water that, in the midst of its apparent weakness, is the owner of a powerful instinctive outside.
O como la indeleble suavidad de una flor, que a pesar de tener los pétalos más tersos, es capaz de soportar el calor abrasador de su astro sol; también como la etérea luz de un arcoiris, traslúcido y en apariencia efímero, pero poseedor de la extraordinaria magia de la luz y el color.
