燉泡參 Stewed American Ginseng

每當疲勞時,都會燉泡參來喝,進補一下。

一般泡參帶一點苦澀的味道,所以我加了些玉竹,冰糖,紅棗和枸杞子,綜合起來,味道還不錯。

泡參有提神作用,每次喝了,我都恢復元氣。

大大疲累有進補嗎?吃甚麼來提神呢?
