自制麻辣香锅

今天我决定尝试自己制作麻辣香锅,这是一种我很喜欢的中国菜肴。我首先准备了所有的食材,包括各种肉类、蔬菜和调料。然后我开始烹饪,先把肉切成薄片,用料酒和生抽腌制了一会儿,接着用热油煸炒至金黄色。接下来,我把切好的蔬菜也加入锅中,继续翻炒。最后,我加入了一些辣椒酱和花椒粉,以及一些其他的调料,继续翻炒均匀。

当所有的食材都炒熟后,我把它们盛在一个大盘子里,撒上一些切碎的香菜和葱花作为装饰。当我品尝这道菜时,我觉得它非常美味,麻辣可口,而且比外面的餐厅更加新鲜和健康。
