又快要到过年了,时间好像也太快了,记忆里的去年冬天就好像在昨天一样,可今天我们又要来迎接下一年的到来。
做酱牛肉估计都是四年前的事情了,如今又有点想解解馋了,老妈说之前别人告诉她的配方,第一次做的就相当成功,这会做好像有点忘记了。那就自己去创造吧!万变不离其宗,大致的佐料就那些,开干吧!
花椒、辣椒、桂皮、香叶、酱油,二锅头;最后就是生抽啦,用生抽浸泡盖住牛肉,倒入所有的佐料,然后用有重量的东西盖住。。接下来就是封闭几天,再拿出来挂晒。
嗯,跟卤牛肉味道差别很大,就比较清香,有淡淡酒香,酱油的香咸,花椒的麻香,外加辣椒的香辣……总之味道棒棒哒!
