早前經朋友介紹, 有一家在港島西邊的意大利餐廳的 brunch menu 十分抵食, 更有 2-hours free flow house wine 任飲。非常吸引。

對我吸引力最大的就是這盤 Cold Cuts & Mozzarelle Cheese。也就是水牛芝士。比起預期更好吃, 抵讚!
再來是主菜, 這次分別點了 Pappadelle with White Bolognese Ragu 和 Spring Lamb Chop with Roasted Potatoes。
其中這個 Pappadelle 感覺是人手工製, 其口感很彈牙, 也很有蛋味。👍
而這個 Lamb Chop 也不錯, 正常發揮 🔥。
