I like visiting Las Vegas because it is a 24 hours action city. I can find whatever foods there any time, cheap, expensive, decent, Chinese, Japanese, American, or international. I enjoy staying in the high end hotel, drive around and to Red Rock national park, watch a show, or shop in the outlet. For gambling there, it is not my thing.
I accumulate a lot of vacation hours since I work in my company many years, so I usually take vacation when the hotels is on sales. In this way I can afford to stay in the 5 stars hotel. After I started staying in the expensive hotel, it is hard to go back to stay in the regular one.
I went there twice a year before pandemic, so it was like my second home. I even thought about to buy a house and move there later. I knew how to navigate around the city and where to eat and shop. Of cause, I loved to check out my favorite spots, like the Bellagio fountain and garden and Red Rock national park every time I was there.
I skipped to go there in Year 2020, but I went last year after I was fully vaccinated. Hope the corona virus pandemic is over this year, so I can go there to enjoy again.
