三牲的典故

中国人祭拜神明,习惯为三牲,也有四牲、五牲的,而牲品的产生,乃是人们自认为最贵重的食物,平常都舍不得吃,只有祭拜的时候才会去买 ...

所以,牲品的出发点,是指这个食物,在我的心中,他是最为贵重的,并不是神明喜不喜爱 ...

所以,有许多神佛,在神话中,他是出家人,不喝酒不吃肉,便出现了,我们拿酒肉来祭拜他 ...

按照这个逻辑来推敲,和查一下古代的文化演变,便会知道,会早的三牲是羊、鱼、鸡或鸭,因为古代最好的荤食为羊,其次为鱼,再来是鸡和鸭

猪在古代,被视为贱肉,是下等人在吃的 ...

猪肉颂(又名煮猪肉羹颂):
净洗锅,少着水,柴头罨烟焰不起。
待他自熟莫催他,火候足时他自美。
黄州好猪肉,价贱如泥土。
贵者不肯吃,贫者不解煮。
早晨起來打兩碗,饱得自家君莫管。

猪肉料理,是在经过了无数年的推广,才得到了大家的认同,上了台面,三牲才变成了猪、鱼、鸡或鸭,猪取代了羊
