湖南的牛肉米粉跟武汉的区别还是蛮大的,武汉的牛肉粉通常是卤过的牛肉,而湖南是这种,我也不知道该怎么形容。两种风味各有特色,武汉的那种牛肉更入味,口味重一些。

就我个人而言应该是习惯了卤味的牛肉。感觉吃起来更香一些。

米粉其实就差别不大了。汤汁这属于武汉的默认版,但是通常武汉这边吃辣的都会额外加一些卤水。
