这个土豆煎饼是上次做土豆菇剩下好多面团,因为那个土豆菇也是第一次摸索着做的,不是很容易啊…😅
最主要是还是觉得经典的酸辣土豆丝好吃,熊孩子说怎么吃都吃不腻,还是土豆的纯天然味道,想到那份酸辣味我都要流口水了… 哈哈哈哈~ 其实我也喜欢最原生的土豆弄法
不过这个土豆煎饼确改变了我们的观点,惊艳的好吃啊😋
本没想到做的,多出来的一大堆面团不能浪费掉啊… 土豆菇比起做这个煎饼还是有点琐碎滴,算是想到啥就做啥了哈~
这个剩下的面团里面有蒸熟的土豆泥和土豆粒,因为没有全部完整的压成泥😅 累到我搞了半天不知怎么弄的,浪费了时间急死我🤦🏻♀️
最后里面加了很多玉米面,为了做煎饼又加了适量白绵糖和面粉,还加了适量水搅和~ 因为做煎饼要把面团和稀一点,所以成品算是很成功的
看这颜值亮黄亮黄滴~ 而且外面带焦一点点的更好吃~ 因为油放的少,不浪费不多余一滴油是我的宗旨😅

这个冬天第一次吃到自己做的,算最简单又营养的煎饼呵~ 当早餐应该很不错,下次再改良下做法,加鸡蛋进去或别的食材试试~耶✌🏻
