Story or Cinematography

in cinema •  4 years ago

A small question today, what would you prefer when watching a movie. A gripping story that is well constructed but suffers from poor production quality or a piece that looks amazing but has little substance in the way of story?

Of course ideally we want the very best of both but it's interesting to think about what people put weight on. Personally, it's a matter of mood. There are days where I seek a story with depth but at other times, I enjoy eye candy and delivery of great acting.

Cinema is subjective and that is what makes it so wonderful.
