How to Make Delicious Cheese Lasagna

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage (up to you)

- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons dried basil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese or mozarella cheese (as you want)
- 1 egg
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions or as comfort to you . Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, brown the ground beef or Italian sausage over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. rest them for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese and egg until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange three lasagna noodles on top.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, ending with a final layer of meat sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
