You will see many people who give much priority to sleep. They can never wake up very early in the morning because they never try.
And waking up very early from this sleep has many important effects to move forward in the life of every human being. Suppose a person has such a bad habit. And he decided to get up very early in the morning. And this is the beginning of a change in his life.
You get up every morning and brush using your right hand.
You made a decision that you would brush using your left hand at least twice a week. And doing this is a change for you.
You like to spend time in the morning, afternoon and even in the evening. In fact, this is the time you spend with your friends and you see many of those friends who are addicted.
You decide to give your friends time, but not at any other time because this is the right time to prepare your life. This is your change.
Every time you see a person in front of you, you used to criticize him, but now you are stopping or giving. This is the change in your mental state.
In fact, if you want to do something, you need to change the way you work. Because it has been going on like this for a long time but you can't do anything good, so you have to change yourself to achieve something good.
