Many people have changed careers at least just a few times.

IDENTIFYING YOUR GOALS

Once you've made your decision, figure out your long- and short-range goals. This helps you plot a course for finally getting work in the field of your choice. Long-term goals normally take between two and five years to achieve, whereas short-term goals can be completed in six months to four years.
