Cannabis washing machine grow update

Like Russia, I am reduced to using washing machines to accomplish my mission! But it's working well in their denazification of Ukraine, which bodes well for my chances growing weed in my basement. I hope you're following the logic!

See, I was serious about one thing - I'm growing on a washing machine! And a dryer. My house has a set that isn't in use, and it's away from my young kids (who get into everything), so it's perfect for this vegetative phase. I'm using old lamps I had on hand, and a little fan to strengthen their stalks.

So far, they've only had plain water, but when I transplant them to larger pots I'll give them some worm castings. I don't use fertilizers, plant food, sprays, pesticides, fungicides, growth hormones, or any other products. Just dirt and water.

Out of 12 seeds, 10 germinated, and 8 have survived the transplant into soil. My hope is to get 6 of these to adulthood in larger pots, at which point 3 or 4 should statistically be female. Those females will go out in the garden around June, to grow and flower through August, mature in September, for harvest in October.

The last one is pretty leggy (long stem), but I'll hit it with as much light and airflow as possible, which should keep it from getting any taller. They should start widening out soon. They are getting 18 hours of light per day, 6 hours of darkness.

These plants were still seeds in a bag one week ago.

Hail the power of washing machines to grow medicinal plants! Thank you for following along my gardening adventures.

Pretty cool at least they won't get dirty been on a washing machine 😂

And there's always water available when they get dry! Maybe just put them through on a gentle cycle!?
