Hello everyone, today I will be telling you how these smartphone manufacturers are using their marketing strategy to make a fool out of us and the stupid thing is that we help them in succeeding. Today the most popular brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, POCO, Realme, Vivo, Oppo and Motorola in their budget and mid range products provide us with 3 or 4 cameras .
If I tell you the reality, only the main camera is a good camera and out of the remaining 3 cameras if one is a wide angle lens then it is good for you but the rest 2 that are depth and macro are useless.
The depth sensor is useless because nowadays it is easily possible to provide that portrait mode bokeh shot with the software itself.
Now if we talk about macro cameras unless they are at least 5 megapixel they are useless because when we take close up shots a minimum of 5 megapixel is needed for great quality pictures.
If we come to the wide angle then you will notice that it is usually less in megapixel count as compared to the main camera though wide angle lens should have more megapixel count as it captures more field of view.
Now the main camera is being touted to be 48,64 or 108 megapixels. The reality is people click photos in normal mode that is almost 1/4th the total megapixel count.
So what companies should do is that they should give only 2 cameras. The main camera should be at least 12 megapixel and the wide angle camera should be at least 25 megapixel. That would really mean that they are actually thinking about the customer.
