BYT Back: Reward Distribution Done for 27 February 2023

This week's reward distribution has been done. Payouts in SWAP.HIVE and SWAP.BLURT.

SWAP.HIVE per 100 BYT Payout = 1.901 (+ Bonus 1.490 = 3.391)

Cumulative Payouts = 100.52 HIVE/100BYT (78 weeks)
ROI estimate = 140.2% (78 weeks)

BYT ABV: 0.397 HIVE (before distro) - 0.379 (after distro)(0.175 USD)

Actual payouts were 145 SWAP.HIVE plus 50,000 SWAP.BLURT.

Buybacks will be in range of 0.36-0.37 HIVE, or best values given market prices.
As always, is a good idea to pay attention to market trades.

ABV has dropped a small amount, as the mid-week HIVE spike evaporated. We managed to swap some HIVE for HBD during that pump, and were able to distribute those as a bonus.

The big thing this week is that we have finally reached cumulative payouts of over 100 HIVE per 100 BYT, so each token has generated a return of 1 HIVE, which was our launch price. Some were fortunate enough to buy at the start below that price, so this is already an overall profit. With an ABV just below 40 cents, the projected ROI is about 140%. As always, this final month will depend on market rates, and I shall be liquidating holdings if any further price spikes appear.
