The Winner Takes It All

When you we're little babbies, you used to fit in your parents hands, they would hold you up high and would say that this is the best kid in the world, this is just a kid better than anybody they never knew, and then you got older, you grew up with goals and aspirations but as life went on you changed, you stopped being you, just letting people stick a finger in your face and tell you that you're no good, when things got hard you just started blaming someone, like a big shadow hanging over you.

Let me tell you something you already know, this world isn't all sunshine and rainbows, it's not pink, it's a very mean, ugly and nasty place and it really doesn't matter how tough you are, life does not care, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it, you, me, nobody on this world is gonna hit as hard as life, but it isn't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done. If you have dreams, you have wings, learn to fly, if you know what you're worth go on and get what you're worth, but you've gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointing fingers saying that you didn't do what you we're destined to do, because of him, her or anybody, cowards do that and that's not you, you're better than that.
