The feedback about the product !

If there is a product, there should be feedback.

When installing an application on Google play, usually people give feedback. If that's good, that's rated very well, if not, it will have a bad rating. The same about products in any store. People read reviews about them and decide what product to buy.

For example in the store of applications, when people who used them give feedback, of course the creator of the application or his team do their best to improve the product. And no one tell to those who are giving that feedback to not write it, or that's not their business. It's their business for sure. If the product was created, that means there will be people rating it. And the more the founders of the applications care about the feedback the better the product will be !

So, in fact even those who are criticizing the product, they are kind of helping the application to improve. The same about a social media created. I've seen so many of them. And I see how the founders of those social media react when they get feedback.

There are even some who pay to test their product. So, don't complain if you have many people testing it for free and just sharing their opinion about it, if they didn't like something in it.

And in the end, the competition wins.
