It gives blurt even more credibility. What fb is doing is as you write anything, the dialogue box disappears mid sentence and it states something went wrong, please try later. It does it over and over again. I guess they want to revert to a selfie site.
Anyway this brings me to blurt more often. And will others.
I am aiming to do 1 contest a day with prizes of blurt and here are some of the ideas.
A short story contest and or poetry in 1. (Maybe.)
Friday is the comedy contest day.
Sunday will remain funday.
A still photography contest black and white and color/colour. (Maybe.)
A short video contest. (Maybe.)
Wednesday is @blurtmusic music day with prizes.
So we need one more competition or contest to fill in the 7 days of contests and this is where you come in, what would you like it to be.???????
I will give 25 blurt for the best idea. It would help if this post was shared so more ideas come in. The winner will be in 7 days, reblurt me.

Why blurt?
I like it on here for the obvious reasons, no down votes, no arguments, no malice.
There is more though, on hive and steemit there has always been this large section of people who seemingly wake up just to keep posting about how great the sites are, for votes.
There is also so many posts about hive as a crypto or just cryto related posts that newcomers walk away as they are alienated.
Blurt it not like that in either way.
Blurt is more creative. So let us keep it that way.
I will offer up an idea for the remaining category/categories in either drawing or art but still leave the choice to you people, so if anyone states either of those two you can still win the 25 blurt as I have effectively just discounted them from my thoughts.
There are many categories I can think of but want it to be your choice.
Get your thinking cap on, get sharing this, get the ideas flowing, and let us party every day of the week every day of the year.
There are many talented people on here so let us shine a light on them and reward that talent with blurt.

I ran a nonsense contest some months ago - went well, but then many people suddenly realised how it wasnt easy at all! Most tried too hard, whereas great nonsense almost makes sense - look around ;-) we are inside dada.
Oh yes! Nonsense day! I remember writing nonsense - I'd try to not make sense at all, but when I read my blatherings over ( freewrote), it always made almost perfect sense.

It is easy enough to get past the censor, write in office word then copy and paste, facebook has no way to count the words then or cut you off.

I used to love the haiku contests on Steemit. And especially the Haikubot.
My kids even got into writing haikus

Yeah … Steemit was great …. all the worst downvoters moved from Steemit to Hive. So Steemit is pretty good now. Ha ha ha ha ha
Definitely love the short story or poetry idea, although it can take me a week (or much more) to write a good short story or poem. Freewrite for a prompt?
Haiku contest. Good haiku is hard to write, and could have a day of its own, if you ask me.
