Bully Watch - Blurt Anti-Bullying Policy

I don't understand what you would do to these bullies? Cancel their account? People pay for these accounts. Also, why would people invest in Blurt if their account can be cancelled if they are deemed bullies. I agree we should not be abusing one another on this platform or any other and we don't want people leaving because folks are being cruel to them but we can block/mute folks right?

For example, If I have someone being cruel on my blog in the comments I can mute that person. If they want to post things about me on their blog, it's their blog and well, if they want to show everyone what an ass they are, let them. People can always leave comments on that blog letting that person know they are being an ass. Surely the Blurt community can shun, ignore and mute folks themselves without a council of sorts. Just my opinion.

yeah that´s a good one, we don´t need more shit like seen in STEEMIT, or HIVE, its bad enough that some guys with the keys in hand came to the idea of freezing accounts, that´s slightly criminal, and for sure its censorship in its best way, but I guess that´s their choice its their baby should they throw it away like a useless toy the only one they hurt with that is their big ego and their maybe not so deep pockets when the project is running fast against the next wall 💸🤣

but we can block/mute folks right?

it would be nice to have a "friends only" posting option (with encryption)

if we could make "invite only" blogs, we could finally get everyone off of discord

Absolutely who would feel safe investing in blurt knowing their money can just be taken away cause one person interprets something as bullying. This is a joke. I really believed in blurt and it being on the right track but it’s just putting off any serious investors and going against everything it was set up to be. .. pro free speech. If people don’t want free speech there are others platforms already available to them.
