I was talking to my brother about Offgrid Tiny houses this weekend and he asked me what I thought about the Boxabl prefab homes that can be shipped anywhere and set up in an hour.
They are very small.. less than 400 sq ft. And cost around $60,000
But they include everything … (almost)
Hydro and water connection to the grid, plus the cost of land and other permits are extra … but I like this idea a lot.
What do you think ?

small houses are always interesting - small package of everything
some tiny houses or micro houses ideas are equipped with just enough to relax and enjoy
This particular one looks nice , maybe to add some privacy for bedroom area but overall nicely done
