When I get bored the one thing that sparks me up is going for a long walk specially by the Sea side or in a Garden with lots of Green around. While we all get bored from time to time, but when one feels bored time and again then it is a point of worry. The person may be having issues of depression or anxiety or it can also be due to excess smoking, drinking or even over eating which takes away the good energy of the body and makes you feel low and lethargic. I know some people who always keep saying I am bored. Specially here in Muscat where expat females do not get opportunity to work this is a very common problem. When I tell them why can't they get themselves doing something which will keep them occupied and be of their interest and they would tell me they can't think of anything. So such people I believe have made boredom their habit.
Well from the time I have joined these blogging platforms these moments have kind of just disappeared. Rather I am always trying to sneak in time for it even in the most busiest days. For me doing the same thing every single day does make me feel bored very fast. I feel every day there is something new to explore. I just feel amazed by the amount of knowledge people share and so much to learn every single day. Be it nature, science, art, travel, places, spirituality, child protection, medicines, sustainable living and what not. I just get blown off with the amount of knowledge people share here and sometimes also feel that I have such a long way to go still. There are many many days where I am not even able to keep up to the amount of activity that happens here.
This has made my life more interesting and something new to look forward to every single day, unless you are bored of learning itself 😃😃
