Psalms 102:13
Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
What is a set time?
It is a fixed period. A designated moment. Immovable. "The set time" thus signifies a particular designated immovable, unalterable time.
It has been fixed and this scripture says that time is now! Rejoice for that time for your favouring is here. God, even your God is getting up to have mercy on you.
