De esta forma deseo resaltar nuestro rol y trabajo, el cual ha sido indetenible y paso a paso hemos logrado que se escuchen nuestras voces que buscan la transformación y la igualdad de oportunidades.
Algunas de mis amigas aceptaron enviarme sus fotos para compartir con el mundo sus rostros y las áreas de la ciencia en las que se desenvuelven.
Ciertamente, no ha sido un camino fácil de transitar, pero con el empeño y la fortaleza individual y colectiva es mucho lo que se ha logrado a través del tiempo, y yo estoy segura de que tendremos muchos más logros.
Existen muchos desarrollos en ciencia y tecnología promovidos por las mujeres, y quizás lo más importante es nuestra pasión y entrega. La intención de esta publicación es dar el reconocimiento oportuno a todas las mujeres que se desarrollan en el área científica. Para ello, pedí una fotografía a algunas de mis compañeras de ciencias y cree este video en nuestro honor. Y como agradecimiento a todas las que seguimos creyendo que nuestro papel en la ciencia es determinante.
Solo espero y confío que cada día sea menor la brecha en las oportunidades para desarrollarnos profesionalmente y que se abran más puertas de las que se cierran. Estas son solo unas pocas de las mujeres de ciencia que conozco porque he tenido el placer de compartir con muchas a lo largo de mi vida.
Aunque en algún momento de la historia se llegó a pensar que no teníamos capacidad para estudiar o ir a la universidad, ni mucho menos desarrollar una carrera en matemáticas, física, química, electrónica, informática, geoquímica, biología; cada año se gradúan mujeres en esa carrera y paso a paso seguimos ganando el espacio para demostrar nuestras habilidades.
Así que mi admiración a felicitaciones a todas las mujeres de ciencia del planeta.

In this way, I wish to highlight our role and work, which has been unstoppable, and step by step we have managed to make our voices heard in search of transformation and equal opportunities.
Some of my friends agreed to send me their photos to share with the world their faces and the areas of science in which they work.
Certainly, it has not been an easy road to travel, but with the effort and individual and collective strength, much has been achieved over time, and I am sure that we will have many more achievements.
There are many developments in science and technology promoted by women, and perhaps the most important thing is our passion and dedication. The intention of this publication is to give timely recognition to all women who develop in the scientific area. To do this, I asked some of my science classmates for a photo and created this video in our honor. And as a thank you to all of us who continue to believe that our role in science is decisive.
I only hope and trust that every day the gap in opportunities to develop professionally is smaller and that more doors are opened than closed. These are just a few of the women of science that I know because I have had the pleasure of sharing with many throughout my life.
Although at some point in history it was thought that we did not have the capacity to study or go to university, let alone develop a career in mathematics, physics, chemistry, electronics, computer science, geochemistry, biology; every year women graduate from this career and step by step we continue to gain space to demonstrate our skills.
So my admiration and congratulations to all the women of science on the planet.
