Why I want to be an ambassador for @blurtwomen!

My name is Francis Berroteran and I am from Venezuela, many know me as the witch of the kitchen or simply call me a little witch, and it is something that does not bother me in the absolute. For a long time, I was upset with my status as a woman, because of how vulnerable I felt about it. Growing up in a macho society is really not easy for a girl, let's say that my mother has not been an empowered and independent woman, however, I don't blame her, she comes from a family that for generations has dedicated themselves to the home and to taking care of their husbands without trying to see beyond it. As I grew up and realized the error of the macho behavior within my mother's family, my father's family has always been in favor of female empowerment, in fact, my father is and always encouraged me to be an independent woman.



I owe most of my strength as a woman to my father, let's say 50%, and the other 50% I owe to my son because he is the one who has motivated me to be strong every day and to fight for what I deserve and want, for me and for him. He is also the one who brought me to the blockchain world, where I have discovered a whole range of opportunities that are truly impressive. One of the things that I love most about being a woman is the ability to give life, and that is that it gives us a certain degree of superiority (and forgiveness for the word), because if it were not for that, how would the human race reproduce, because certainly man has his important role, but it is a woman in the womb where she is able to give life to that seed that man plants in our being. And the moment we understand that is when we begin to realize the true power that lies within us.



I studied a profession that is usually men's, and in fact, in my study group I was the only woman, which taught me that I can do the same things as men and let's say it was a challenge because I had to be the best to stand out when I graduated and managed to exercise my career I found some obstacles due to my status as a woman, Even workers didn't follow orders because it was an offense to them that a woman was leading them, that's one of the consequences of a macho society, however, I managed to overcome those obstacles and show them that I am as capable of work as a man can be, and in the end, I ended up making great friends.



I love to help my friends and any woman who needs it, to empower themselves and to know that being a woman is not a weakness and that on the contrary, it is something we should be proud of, that we are capable of eating this and all the worlds that are placed in front of us because we have proven that we can perform as well or better than any man where we are placed, and this is something that even though it may seem a lie, even in 2020 many women do not understand it, and this is one of the reasons why I would love to be an ambassador and curator of @blurtwomen.

Being an ambassador for @blurtwomen inside and outside the blockchain is a great opportunity to help empower many women who are truly wonderful and who still doubt their potential because they cannot even generate income from the wonders they do. This would help me bring women who are capable of creating real value content to the platform, taking #BLURT beyond the screens, and showing many women that they can be entrepreneurs and independent because for me the blockchain has shown me this and more.

Thanks to the blockchain I have had the opportunity to learn about topics that I didn't know about 3 years ago, because I was immersed in my traditional work, behind a desk managing a company that wasn't mine, today I can say that I am at a desk from my home, managing my future and my son's, having time to see his growth and development, generating income not only in #Blurt, but in other platforms, growing within the crypto world that is undoubtedly the future of the world economy. Giving other women the opportunity to do the same as me and even do better things is something that fills me completely, it excites me and makes me happy because just as this has changed my life, I know many women who have been changed and I would love to be the key point for many women to continue doing it.
