As previously alluded to in other blurtwomen posts, for a snapshot click here. Women need to start having these tough conversations to break conversational barriers that prohibit us from stepping up into our rightful roles.

Another topic that is up for debate is the gender disparity in higher prominent positions. What blocks us from attaining these roles?

According to an analysis conducted by Korn Ferry, women occupy 25% of C-Suite positions. MY question is, in 2020 why is it that women only occupy 25% of C-Suites? As leaders, are we doing enough to pull other women up the corporate ladder?

Women of Blurt, let us hear your views on this topic and how can we change this stat faster, to the women who are in prominent leadership roles is there any advice for other upcoming aspiring young females out there?
