I LOVE this app. I started using this app in the spring when all the gyms closed. It's helped me get pretty fit and I just love doing this. Once I finished the challenge, I started editing days 22-28 every week to make them progressively harder (and making my own more difficult modifications). I love the variety of exercises each day. Now that gyms are back open, I'm not restarting my membership. I can get everything I'd want from an in-person class right here from the Leap Fitness app lineup.
I'm SO happy with this app! I've been trying the full body workout, I'm currently at 58% and clearly you could see the difference!! The ads are not a problem since they don't come in between your workouts. Not only is there a full body, but exercises for back and neck pain, yoga and etc. VERY grateful 💗💗
So far, so good. It's got workouts that I'm finding challenging, and honestly, the ads are not too obnoxious. The workouts increase in difficulty via amounts and length with each time you do them, which is pretty cool. Honestly, for a free app, it's actually really worth it!
