And during a health screening, they will always ask for your last period before having the chest x-ray to ensure you are not pregnant. In these occasions, I can always provide the exact date when.
Been using this app for a few years now. Was perimenapausal when I started, now menopausal and my periods are all over the place. So this app is perfect for keeping track. I also like the symptoms you can select. Simple to use. Also tells you when you are most fertile and likely to ovulate, useful for those ladies trying to get pregnant.
My favorite cycle calendar I love all the features and symptom tracker options I have trouble with my memory but once I get that addressed I'll be able to remember to use this app on a regular daily basis
I love the fact that I can track my cycle using the app. With a busy schedule this is one less thing to worry about and also it helps to know if something is off a bit if I don't start during the timeliness.
