Train Sounds Spook Railfan

I stopped to film a train. The train looked like it was about to stop then suddenly picked up speed and that noise made me jump a little.
or a better title for this video "train sounds spook railfan"
and this was on a residential street I bet the neighbors were like "what the hell was that" the train was pretty quiet when it passed. The engine doesn't hum as loud as the trains when I was down south.
