I feel people don't really understand how difficult it can be to find a job. I feel
when people say :get a job' and if you say you're applying and not
getting interviews they will say you're not trying. They don't get the process
to get a job isn't as instant as they think.
I feel people think getting a job is as simple as walking into a place
and getting hired. now it's sending in applications, hoping your
application passes the AI screening, etc.
This skit may not have been on point but hiring staff usually will have an excuse
not to hire you. The common one is not enough experience. That's what training is for.
So you can get experience.
