CSX Manifest/Mixed Car Train Passes Through The City Slowly

I was on time for a CSX intermodal/double-stack train. I got stopped by a CSX manifest/mixed car train that passed through the city slowly with a pair of SD40s
I've seen folks call trains with various cars (grain cars, autoracks, beam cars etc) manifests.
when I arrived when the train was on the block, I said I was "on time" for the train. If the train got there before me, then I say I was 'late'
I am a Chicagoland railfan filming trains in the Chicago area.
