Hello friends,
Today I am going to share with you"Banana Chips" recipe. Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharashtra are the top most banana producing indian states. Raw bananas are rich in fibre, which is great for diabetics and also help to keep blood sugar under controlled. It contains lots of vitamins like vitamin C, which helps us to boost our immune system, vitamin B6 helps us to convert the food into energy. Raw banana also helps to regulating cholesterol. It is the rich source of Potassium,which help to keep our kidneys healthy. Hope you like the information. So let's start.
Ingredients:-
Raw banana-2nos.
Red Chili powder- 1/2tsp.
Turmeric powder- 1/8tsp.
Chaat Masala- 1tsp.
Black pepper powder- 1/2tsp.
Salt-To taste.
Vegetable oil- As required for deep frying.
Preperation Method:-
Step 1- Take a bowl add 2 cups of water with 1tsp of salt and turmeric powder. Mix well keep aside.
Step 2- Now peel the bananas and sliced them by using a mandoline slicer. Wash them with salted water.
Step 3- place a wok on medium flame. Add sufficient oil. Take out the banana slices and dry them by using kitchen towel.
Step 4- Once oil will became medium hot. Add slices in batches and fry on medium heat. Stir with a slotted spoon.
Step 5- Once slices will turn into golden brown. Take out them from the wok and place them in the kitchen towel.
Step 6- Take a bowl add all spice mentioned above. Black pepper powder, red chili powder, chaat masala,salt. Mix these spices with the help of a spoon.
Step 7- Now transfer the fried banana chips in the spice bowl when the chips will cool down. Combine fried chips well with Spices.
Step 8- Now it's ready to serve.
