Indian Sweet-Cashew Nut Pistachio Fudge

Dear Friends,
Today I am here to share with you a famous Indian dessert recipe. I believe all sweet lovers will be happy to know this sweet dish recipe. Nowadays, due to corona, many people do not eat outside foods. This recipe will help them to make this dessert at home. So, without wasting any more time, let's start making 'Cashew Nut Pistachio Fudge.'

Ingredients-

1.Cashew Nuts- 1-1/2cups.
2.Pistachios-1cup.
3.Powdered sugar-3/4cup.
4.Clarified butter-2-1/2tbsp.
5.Condensed milk- 1cup.
6.Cardamom powder-1tsp.
7.Milk - 3tbsp.
8.Milk powder-2tbsp.
9.Rosewater-1-1/2tsp.
10.Green food color- Few drops.
11.Silver vark- as required(for decoration).

Preparation Method:-

Step 1- First, in a grinder, add cashew nuts(remember you have to use fresh cashew nut, do not use frozen cashews). Make a coarse powder with them. Now pass them through a sieve to get fine cashew powder. Keep aside in a bowl.

Step 2- Next, grind pistachios in a grinder coarsely, and the same way passes them through a sieve to get fine pistachio powder. Set them aside in another bowl.

Step 3- Now, in the pistachio bowl, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, green food color, and milk. Combine well and make a soft dough with all the ingredients. Set aside.

Step 4- Place a heavy-bottomed pan on medium flame. Add clarified butter(2tbsp). Now add condensed milk, powdered cashew, and start stirring to combine well.

Step 5- Next, add rose water, and milk powder. Again combine all ingredients well with cashew. Keep stirring until the mixture will start leaving the sides of the pan and become a smooth dough. Turn off the flame once you get the texture.

Step 6- Take a large plate or thali. Place a rectangular parchment pepper on it and transfer the cashew mixture above it. Now keep another parchment pepper over it.

Step 7- Now, with the help of a rolling pin, roll the cashew dough. Remove the upper parchment pepper and spread pistachio dough equally over it.

Step 8- Finally, Cut the sheet into your desire sizes(approximately 1-1/2-2 inch cylinder shape). Now roll the dough to make fudge, follow the same for the remaining dough.

Step 9- Spread 1/2tbsp of clarified butter over the fudge and decorate them with silver vark. Now cashew nut pistachio fudge is ready to serve.
