Good Morning to all , today i will teach step by step on how to cook Gulab Jamun at Home.
So After taking this tutorial you will be able to cook Gulab Jamun on Your own and enjoy its taste anytime.
So here are the requirements to cook Gulab Jamun:
- Gulab Jamun Powder
- Milk and Water
- Refine Oil
- Sugar
- Elaici Powder (Cardamom powder)
Now i will teach how to make gulab jamun using above resources:
Step 1 :
Take Gulab Jamun Powder and mix Milk or water in it and mesh it until the mixture becomes soft. (add milk to the powder accordingly , dont make the mixture too liquify , keep it semi solid just as in the case of wheat and water for cooking chapatis).
Make round rounded balls after the mixture has become soft enough.
Step 2 :
Set the Refine Oil at High flame and boil the oil for 5-7 minutes depending on the utensils you are using. just make sure that the refine oil is hot enough. after the oil has become hot lower the flame and then place the balls in the oil .
Step 3 :
Wait unless the balls to become brownish in color.
Step 4 :
While the balls are getting fried in the oil , Prepare Chashni i.e the mixture of water , sugar and elaichi powder.
boil the mixture until the sugar gets completely dissolve in water.
Step 5:
after chashni is prepared , see for the balls if they have become brown in colors , if yes than take them out of the oil and immediately place them in the chashni (before putting balls in chashni close the flame of the chashni).
Let your Gulab Jamun get ready for about 35-40 minutes.
Step 6 :
Your Gulab Jamun are ready
Now serve it to your family and eat it yourself as well.
