what is the most popular FE framework now if you have to pick one?
You want the best or the most popular? If it's popularity you're looking for than that's Bootstrap, but to me it seems incomplete.
If you want the best that's Tailwind in my opinion, but there's a lot of configuration you have to do with this one, plus there are no pre-implemented components like with UIkit and Bootstrap.
And then there's UIkit which I use and I think strikes a balance between Bootstrap and Tailwind. You get a lot more components, but also a pretty powerful set of utility classes so you can customize those components.
I will look into UIkit then!!!

Just UI, you can also do no code at this stage. Just a Photoshop or XD mockup and you're good to go for the contest
Yes , it is old but was once the king when it comes to UI.
Now people use Reactjs , AngularJs , VueJs.
Svelte etc...
