Bid-Ask price is very important in trading. But some of us may not have good idea or basic on these two prices. Here, in this video, I am showing the basic concepts of Bid Price and Ask Price.

Here, some concepts have to be considered like buying of which currency and buying by whom. Because with the change of party context and currency context, Bid becomes ask and on the other hand ask becomes bid. So, its little bit clumsy and complex. After watching this video I hope you will have a complete basic idea on this two prices in details.

Bid = Buying price by Banks or institutions = Selling price for Party {of any specified currency}
Ask = Selling price by Banks or institutions = Buying price for Party {of any specified currency}

That’s why bid price (highest bid) is lower than the ask price (lowest ask). The gap is called spreak.

Check the video to get the complete idea on it.
