Banks and money changers can usually endorse up to 5,000 in cash when going abroad. In addition, another 8,000 can be taken with other currencies. Ordinary citizens have to do this endorsement if they want to take dollars when they go abroad or use international cards while sitting in the country. However, if you want to take dollars in the card from the account that earns foreign currency, now you do not have to do any kind of endorsement.
