Worried about Life's Uncertainties / After the day's events, I usually lose myself in meditation while sitting beneath the mango tree. I get to think of many different things.
Always, the question is:
What if that or this happened?
Had I done it or known better than to do it?
What if it succeeds? What if it fails?
We are constantly reminded in these situations that we are merely human beings with finite abilities.
What awaits us in the future?
Would it work out for me?
Will I be able to fulfill the majority, if not all, of my life's goals?
Will I succeed on my next tests?
The lengthy list keeps on. There is a limitless supply of these rhetorical inquiries, just as there is a never-ending loop with regard to them.
No matter how hard you try or how much you worry about the answers, you will never be able to find the answers to the majority of these issues.
Is it really worthwhile to worry about a problem, I think to myself.
There is still no solution; all that exists is a vision of what may or might not be.
The present is all we have to plan for and mold the future into what we want it to be.
No matter what we do, there is still no assurance for a positive future. If you're doing something that I reprimand in the name of Jesus, it is neither my part nor will I jump and pass with you. Let's confront the reality on our own.
It's past time for us to acknowledge that we are only human and that we have limitations.
Life is inherently unpredictable. Nobody knows when he will pass away or when he will be successful.
While you have little influence over when someone may pass away in your community, you can start living a healthy lifestyle by reducing stress and caring for yourself.
There are numerous factors outside of our control, but only one of them—OUR MINDSET—is completely under our control.
Never lose yourself in yourself because then the game is done.
Always consider the probabilities in your favor and the odds against you before making a choice; that way, whatever results from your choice can be managed knowing that you tried your hardest.
You've been stressing about your financial goals and your desire to succeed Jeff Bezos, but did you realize that none of your fretting has ever brought you any money?
It merely robs you of your sleep and your momentary happiness with no apparent resolution.
Yes, I worry about a lot of things in life, but I can only do so much as a human, and I will finally make the most of what I can.
Don't misunderstand me; creating plans doesn't imply you shouldn't worry about them; you should create plans for the future but work toward making them a reality rather than making plans and worrying about them.
