We desire to impress others, but why?

In the office, we are always up against the pressure to impress people and demonstrate our abilities. It can be really draining at times. While doing this on a regular basis becomes unhealthy, it may be considered the appropriate thing to do in certain situations. Because you are always looking for other people's approval, you lose sight of the things that are truly essential to you.

You're ceding your own authority!

Your life is being controlled by other people, and this might make you feel unstable emotionally. Some people will go to considerable measures to accomplish something admirable in order to impress others if they are not impressed. One will feel as though they are stuck on an endless treadmill as the entire situation spirals out of control.

Subsequently, you reach a breaking point and experience burnout.

Give up attempting to impress people. You are who you are, and those who cannot accept you for who you are are not deserving of you. To fit in, you don't need to alter who you are. That you need to be liked by others is a complete fiction. While you should always give your all when working on a project, remember that your only audience is yourself.

You are deserving, and you can lead a good life without seeking validation from others.

Greetings😊
