Greetings to this great community, welcome to my world (blog). I'm sharing another message today, Hope you'll read and enjoy God's word.
Let me take some reading from the book of(ROMANS 2:21) Says,"You then who teach others, do you not teach yourself? While you preach against stealing, do you steal?
When we help others, we are indirectly helping ourselves. Sometimes the best way to learn is by teaching others what you have learnt.
As you are learning how to honour God through your personal finance, also teach a friend, and your family members the kind of financial discipline that glorifies God. By so doing, you will help others flourish and sustain your own financial discipline and independence.
You can encourage others by talking about finances. Granting a listening ear maybe all it takes to initiate a conversation on personal finance.
Listen, what is your friend or neighbor going through. Most of the financial hardship that people go through is because they lack Biblical teachings on breaking free from financial difficulties or any form of difficulties. This is also like preaching the gospel.
Regular follow up is also important when you teach others on Biblical financial discipline.
Don't just teach as an instruction, follow up to show empathy and care.
Follow-up aids accountability and accountability promotes discipline. Be there for your neighbor, family and friends.
In all you teaching one thing must always be borne in mind: Always honour God with your substance, (Prov 3 : 9).
