Comprehending what God desires from us is a different ball game from actually putting it into practice. Just like the contrast between recognizing a person's selflessness in helping the needy and taking action by giving a generous sum of money or dedicating one's time to aid the same cause. Being informed and taking action hold a fundamental disparity.
Taking action is crucial rather than letting knowledge hinder us with a false sense of satisfaction. It's better to act in accordance with God's will and face the world's judgment than to do nothing and be judged by God. Following God's will leads us to take action.
The Bible advises us to have faith, avoid dependence, and surrender. We are instructed to have complete confidence in the Lord. How? The act of entirely trusting the Lord is not apprehensive of the opinions or thoughts that others might have about decisions made under the guidance of the Spirit. Initially, our acquaintances may doubt our decisions or accuse us of being unfaithful, but if we know within our hearts that we are following God's guidance, we must walk with Him.
Shun self-reliance and avoid justifying avoidance of right actions. Rely on the Lord through humble surrender. Align yourself with God’s purpose, prioritizing faithfulness to Him.
Have you fully embraced the plan that God has for your life? Use these questions to evaluate your level of surrender: Do I genuinely conform my desires to God’s, or do I merely claim to want His will and then act according to my own preferences? Do I strive to follow God’s path regardless of the sacrifices it may require, or do I only obey when it’s easy? Am I truly convinced that God’s plan is what’s ultimately best for all, or do I allow fear and anxiety to hinder my trust in Him? Embracing God’s will instills in you the courage to succeed in His purpose.

Could it be that having a negative view towards obeying those in authority is preventing you from fully surrendering to God's plan? Interestingly, those who hold positions of authority in your life are actually instruments that God uses to guide you towards His path. Whenever you listen to someone who is rooted in faith and teaches from the Word of God, your understanding of Christ is illuminated.
Trusting in the Spirit and following a collective process at work or school can lead to favorable outcomes from the decision makers. Instead of trying to manipulate others, submission to God's will involves humility and reliance on the Lord to ensure that your path is clear and straightforward.
