When I visited one of the many schools where I was allowed to do my concerts, this beautiful living picture was created. Not that I asked the young lady, no, she just put herself in the picture.

Beim Besuch in einer der vielen Schulen in denen ich meine Konzerte machen durfte entstand dieses schöne lebende Bild. Nicht das ich die junge Dame gebeten hätte, nein sie hat sich einfach so ins Bild gestellt.

The mural shows scenes from the Sacha culture.

Das Wandbild zeigt Szenen aus der Kultur der Sacha.

The building boom in the city is enormous. Building is going on everywhere. Schools close from minus 45 degrees, but the construction sites just keep going.

Der Bauboom in der Stadt ist gewaltig. An allen Ecken und Enden wird gebaut. Schulen machen ab Minus 45 Grad dicht, die Baustellen laufen aber einfach weiter.

This old wooden house has already sunk into the ground up to the edge of the window, the lower floors are no longer habitable, but above it is still inhabited.

Dieses alte Holzhaus ist bereits bis zur Fensterkante im Erdreich versunken, die unteren Stockwerke sind nicht mehr bewohnbar, oben ist es aber noch bewohnt.

And this is what the new buildings look like. Surprisingly, they are very colorful and very sought after.

Und so sehen dann die neuen Bauten aus. Überraschenderweise sind sie sehr bunt und sehr begehrt.
