Thank you for your topic because many of us think about nature and love it. This is option five with a single photo, from my camera. What prompted me to post this is my love for nature and travel. I will always remember basket boating in my life, so I selected it for this post.
Nature is an important topic, but trust me, most of us talk a lot but don't think or do much about nature in everyday life. However, everything changes when we go to visit natural places and we think about it seriously. I admit it, we think like philosophers when we go to Mother Nature's lap and see the beauty she has bestowed upon us. We just think that we should have done this or we should have done that to save our planet for future generations to come. I wonder what it would be like if we had preserved more of it than we do in practicality.
But do we really think so? Maybe not. I will give you the details of a journey ahead that got me thinking a lot.
We get countless benefits from nature. Nature itself is a healing touch. Nature reduces the mental stress of our minds and gives us the experience of peace and joy. The greenery of nature has that power, which keeps our body away from diseases. which rejuvenates our mind.
Nature gives us all the material needs of man. Nature is a mystical manifestation that rejuvenates man with natural energy and dynamism. Playing in the lap of nature rejuvenates the mind and body.
Nature is the home where man gets a lot of satisfaction and peace. We get various natural medicines from nature itself for various diseases like diabetes, heart disease, liver and digestive problems, brain problems etc.
Nature is like a protective shield for us. Every human being has the duty and obligation to protect the property of mother nature. For our own sake, we humans should never tamper with nature. But who can deny that the problem of global warming is worsening on the planet as a result of ongoing deforestation?
It is a fact that some countries are suffering because they have a large area of forest and forest fires cause damage to their environment, but in most countries, deforestation is the cause of an imbalance in nature. Both have a direct impact on the climate cycle and the nutrient cycle.
Conservation of nature is essential not only for human life but for all living beings. Many natural resources are slowly being depleted due to human behavior and selfish needs. If we do not act to protect our natural resources, we will have to face a huge loss in terms of our survival. The coming generations are going to suffer a lot due to lack of water, unavailability of fresh air to breathe and unavailability of proper and fresh food due to lack of vegetation.
The need for conservation and balancing of natural wealth is increasing day by day, which needs urgent attention. To save nature, we must take immediate and drastic steps to prevent further damage. However, I think the most important step is to stop damaging trees and water bodies, which leads to massive deforestation. The felling of trees in various areas has become a serious threat to our lives.
I took this photo standing on a nearby rock when I saw some local tourists enjoying boating in a basket.
Let me describe about one such trip, when we went to South India for 15 days. This happened during our trip to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, when we saw many natural waterfalls. The local government has done some modifications for the convenience of the tourists though but there is still a lot that brings us close to nature.
Our whole group had an amazing time, and I could tell you about the various incidents that occurred during that trip, but I'll give you this one, which will be an absolutely amazing sight for most of you. For us, the happiest moment was when we were at Hogenakkal Falls in Dharmapuri district, on the border of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka states, and went for boating in basket boats.
We were a bit shaky at first, but later enjoyed boating and roadside food, especially fresh fish. The local people were catching fish from the river and roasting them for the tourists right there at the roadside.
