A warm greetings to everyone on the blurttradinghub project, today I'll be making my assignment post for the topic of the blockchain known as blurt by lecturer @chinonso01

1 Explain the significance of token road map

Maps are a form of representing a structure of something in drawing of lines indicating one point to another. Roadmaps can be said to mean a representation illustrating the features that makes up a particular area of information.
This information can be about physical structures, land mass and more.

In relation to the Crypto world, a token road map in this instance is a representation that tells us the goals and vision involved in the token creation and strategies showing the direction that will be followed by the token developers to achieve them.

Over time this has come to be a part of the white paper during the development stage of a token,. which enables the investing parties to fully understand what the goals involved in the creation of a token are, and how they will be achieved.

The token road map can be a sort of plan indicating the level of value to be expected in the token at different stages of it's development.

IMPORTANCE OF A TOKEN ROADMAP

1. The roadmap describes the goals that have been put forward, and what methods are to be followed for it's achievement.

2. The vision of the developers is properly stated and we can keep track of development at various stages.

3. Gives and idea of what is being created and why it is being created.

4. This is quite useful as you can use it to communicate with the investors and even other developers on how the token was developed.

2 Should individuals, corporate entities, banks invest into blurt ecosystem?

Blurt as an ecosystem is one which thrives on acceptance and freedom. The social blockchain as can be seen does not have a down vote option hence bringing about a healthy system.

On the investment aspect, investing in blurt can be very advantageous as it's whole basis is on realism. This realistic approach ensures that every action done on the system is paid for depending on the level of the action.

A socially balanced environment is one that understands the concept of a give and a take and I believe blurt ecosystem has been able to incorporate this very key feature as compared to other social blockchains.

Investors looking to promote the support of good content creation and ideas of authors but also applying it in a real life basis would do well to make blurt the choice of investment.

3 Explain how blurt power works

Blurt power also abbreviated as BP is used to to show the amount of blurt token that you have influence over.

In a process known as power up, the blurt token is converted into blurt power BP and when reversal is done in a process called power down the blurt power is reversed into blurt token.

The amount of blurt power you have determines the level the amount you can influence from the reward pool when curating. The more blurt power you have the more influence you have.

For example a user with a Blurt power of a thousand BP will have a lower influence when trying to curate a content he likes compared to one with over a million BP. The more blurt powered up into blurt power or claimed as an author, then the higher the level of reward that can be affected from the reward pool.

Currently there is an annual percentage rate also called APR of around 2.64 percentage of blurt token kept as Blurt power for up to a year.

Meaning a user with a thousand blurt power gets 2.64 % of 1000 for keeping it for over a year period.

4 What are the relevant examples to recognize original the content owners?

One of the main aim of this social blockchain is to enable genuine content creators to be duly rewarded for their work.

A navigation of this blockchain will verify that authors who have created very unique contents are being rewarded in the form of curating or voting on their posts.

Stealing in any form has always been frowned upon throughout history, and the Blurt Blockchain is no exception. All forms of stealing of the ideas or work of an author in whatever category of plagiarism has always been emphasized to be stopped with dire consequences taken.

There are a number of tools currently available online known as plagiarism checkers. As the name implies, they are used to ascertain that the claim by an author that the work done is theirs can be verified.

Some of these plagiarism checkers include sites, and some are listed below.

There are lots of these checkers that can be accessed online and they compare the current work with other works already done to confirm the level of authenticity.

5 What are the steps for buying blurt to deposit on blurt; using Probit?

Probit is one of the leading exchange platform that has blurt listed on it.

So to use Probit to buy and deposit the blurt token, I will be explaining in these steps.

First

PROBIT can be accessed using the link Probit or the app downloaded on the play store for users with Android device and apple store for the iOS device owners.

Second

Upon downloading or accessing the site, you will be required to create an account and make verification of the account. So all details involving the account creation will be input

I already have an account so I simply logged in

Third

Upon verification, now we can trade. I clicked on Exchange icon and searched for BLURT/BTC market because I can only buy blurt by trading with BTC.

To buy blurt you need to already have BTC in the Probit wallet or Transfer from another wallet where you're holding BTC. Or also you can exchange other coins for the BTC before trading it for blurt.

To buy Blurt

After deposit of BTC, we click on Blurt/BTC market and make a buy trade for blurt by inputting the amount of BTC we want to exchange.

Then I input the amount and click buy blurt

The blurt token bought can be accessed under the wallets.

To deposit in Blurt

Under the wallet, I clicked the withdrawal

And the inputting the necessary amount and address, blurt can be deposited into the blurt wallet from Probit.

6 Write to us about smart contracts

Smart contracts are basically programs with which the blockchain runs on, they help to make sure all transactions are verified and there is no possibility of duplicate.

They function as an authenticator of the transaction by documenting and facilitating transactions automatically so there is no time loss. Essentially this is what makes blockchains able to perform transactions correctly without the need of a third party involvement.
