• Show understanding of blurt ecosystem
• Must have written introductory post
• Must be active on blurt.blog, not necessarily posting everyday; at list once in two days
• Should follow minimum of 3 known community/ individuals.
• Must have a minimum of 500 blurt power
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Understand and write English
• Must possess the ability to teach and communicate information, certain tasks through writing
• Must be logical
• Critical thinking and teamwork
• Strategic, ability to make wise decision in time
